Yilian Cañizares has already collaborated with some of the world’s most prominent artists: Ibrahim Maalouf, Omar Sosa, Youn Sun Nah, Richard Bona, Chucho Valdés, Roberto Fonseca, Dhafer Youssef and El Comité. Today, Yilian Cañizares presents her fourth album “Erzulie”, named after the voodoo goddess of love and femininity. The result is an ultra-contemporary mix, driven by a free, proud and visionary spirit, where a multiplicity of languages and sounds converge, where electronics meets acoustics and where the vivacity of the present blends with the memory of the past.
